Extremely Disappointing Experience with Vivense

Hello, I am deeply disappointed with my experience with your company and feel compelled to share this publicly. I recently placed an order with Vivense and have since been on a veritable odyssey that has severely shaken my trust in your company. Firstly, I shipped the ordered item promptly with GEL Express Logistics on October 31, 2023, and it was successfully delivered on November 2, 2023, at 09:11 AM. Nevertheless, I am now receiving demands from a debt collection agency as if the return never occurred. This development is not only perplexing but also extremely frustrating. Regarding communication, I have received no response from both Vivense and the debt collection agency despite several attempts. Vivense not only ignored my emails, but when I pointed out the lack of response, I received only automated replies that contained no information about my issue. Such deficient customer communication is unacceptable and highly disappointing. It is extremely regrettable that I am falling on deaf ears on both sides of this matter. As a customer, I feel abandoned and misunderstood. The automated responses from Vivense, like the one below, have only heightened my frustration:

"Hello, We understand your concerns regarding delayed payments and apologize for the inconvenience. We are actively working to resolve this issue. Rest assured, you will be informed about the developments on this matter. Thank you for your patience. Best regards," - Date: Nov 16, 2023, 17:00 GMT+3

This kind of response is not only vague but also reflects a lack of willingness to address the specific concerns of customers. I earnestly hope for a prompt resolution to this matter and expect a reasonable solution to the predicament. This experience has profoundly shaken my trust in your company, and I hope that my feedback contributes to an improvement in customer service.
