Vivense Puts a Month-Long Hold on My Order

I am extremely frustrated with my Vivense order. It was placed on 26-12-2023 with order number SS15e306736276, and it has been over a month without any sign of delivery. I haven't received a tracking number, and the order tracking page has shown "in transit" for several days now. Approximately 10 days ago, I received a notification that my order had been shipped, but shortly after, I received another notification informing me that the order had been canceled. I would like to request an explanation for this situation. If you are unable to provide the product, I would like to request a refund. This shopping experience has left me feeling drained and extremely let down.
