Vivense Failed to Deliver My Order for Over a Month and Ignored My Emails
I ordered something from Vivense on September 24, 2024, with the order number 008507117023, and it’s been more than a month, but I still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed the company several times to find out what’s going on with my order, but I still haven’t heard anything back or received an update. I'm really frustrated by the lack of communication because I was hoping for better service. I’m stuck waiting, not sure when or if I’ll get the product. I'm asking Vivense to take care of this issue quickly and let me know what’s going on. If this issue isn't sorted out soon, I'll have no choice but to take legal action to find a solution.

The email you sent me after a 1-month delay is quite upsetting. I made my payment immediately, but the fact that you kept me waiting during this process was really disappointing. I was considering purchasing this product from another company; however, I chose Vivense because I trusted you. Now, after waiting for 1 month, having my product canceled has been a major disappointment for me. I am planning to buy a new product. So, will I be able to purchase another product at the same price as the canceled one? How will you compensate for this inconvenience? Although I am considering coming to the showroom for the recommendations of interior designers, I would like to see a solution to this situation first.
