Viewsonic Monitor Stand Was Broken


Hey, I just ordered a big Viewsonic monitor two days ago. When I got the product, I saw that the stand had a crack in it. I reached out to the seller and sent them the required pictures. The seller told me to go to the service team. I called the customer service team and told them that I just needed a new stand because the one I had was cracked. I sent an email to Viewsonic with all the necessary documents and made it clear that my situation was urgent. But I'm still waiting to hear back from them. Viewsonic Turkey responded positively, but as I mentioned, the technical service hasn't given me a clear answer yet. I'm waiting for them to resolve this issue.
