Vivense Sent Me a TV Stand in the Wrong Color and Ignored My Return Request
When I bought a TV stand, the color wasn't at all like what it looked like on the website. The stand I got was a lot darker than I thought it would be. I called customer service right away and hoped they could fix the problem, but they haven't answered any of my emails. Even more annoying is that Turkish law says I can return the item within 14 days without giving a reason. But this business won't recognize this right. I feel like I'm not being heard, and it's not okay for a business to ignore customer rights in this way. I hope they take care of this soon.
