Hepsijet Delivered My TV Order Damaged




I got my order from Vatan Bilgisayar, but the tech team saw that half of the yellow safety seal, showing damage to the box, was ripped. After setting it up, they discovered that the TV was damaged and submitted a report. Neither Vestel nor Vatan accepted responsibility, stating that the damage did not occur during delivery. But the video from the cameras at the site clearly shows that the TV was delivered in this state. I've called multiple times, but still haven't heard back. I'm in a tough spot and I really need my problem taken care of right away. The shipping company is Hepsijet.
