UPS Delivered My ViewSonic Monitor Cracked

On 27.11.2025, I placed two orders on the Itopya website: one for an OEM case (order number 251127204135769526) and one for equipment (order number 251127205742103920). The case and peripherals were delivered on 03.12.2025, and the ViewSonic VX2779A-HD-PRO 27" 240Hz 1ms HDMI DP FreeSync HDR10 FHD SuperClear IPS gaming monitor was delivered to me on 04.12.2025 via UPS cargo. Upon receiving the monitor, I noticed some small damage to the box's edge and informed the cargo staff, but I was told they could not issue a report and that I should call customer service instead. When I came home and opened the box, I saw a clearly visible screen crack at the bottom of the monitor. After this, when I contacted Itopya, I was told that the situation was not related to them and that I needed to speak with the cargo company. The cargo company, on the other hand, stated that a report had been taken, that the product would be collected back, and that the process would be carried out, but despite the time that has passed, I have not received any feedback or information. I paid 6,74 k for this monitor. I expected the same care shown to me during the sales phase to be shown when this problem occurred as well. I am extremely uncomfortable with the fact that, although the fault lies with either the cargo company or the seller, all responsibility is being shifted onto me. Due to all these issues and the crack on my monitor, I request that my grievance be resolved and that the product be exchanged one-to-one with a faultless and intact monitor.
