UPS Broke My Asus Monitor During Delivery and Refuses to Cover My Loss


My monitor, which I delivered to UPS cargo, was broken in the cargo and they do not cover my damage. When I called customer services, they said "I should file a lawsuit". I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and they asked me to file a lawsuit. If you do not solve my problem, I will have to go to the nearest branch and meet face to face. I am leaving the images below as evidence, showing the condition of the monitor when I delivered it to Asus, and I shared the photos, there is an opening video. I received the opening video by Asus company as an e-mail, it is delivered to Asus Ümraniye by UPS, it is broken during delivery, there are photos and everything as proof. I tried to communicate with UPS, but they did not offer a solution. I sent an e-mail to umutun****@gmail.com. In the end, my e-mails were not returned properly and I was ignored. While making the delivery to Asus, they shattered my monitor and they do not accept it. Everything is obvious with evidence. I have been waiting for you to solve it for 1 year. This monitor has a 3-year warranty. Accept the carelessness of your courier or delivery employees and compensate me for my losses.
