UPS Damaged My Asus Monitor During Shipping Despite Careful Packaging
I am deeply frustrated with UPS Turkey for damaging my Asus monitor during shipment, despite my careful packaging. I secured the monitor screen in its original box, added foam for extra protection, and clearly labeled it as fragile. However, upon reaching Asus for warranty service, I was notified that the screen was cracked from the top right corner downwards. Asus immediately documented the damage upon receipt by recording a video as they unboxed it, confirming the extent of the break.
This damage was not present when I sent the monitor — it only had a minor pixel defect, which is why I shipped it for repair in the first place. I am convinced UPS mishandled it, yet they refuse to accept responsibility. Asus cannot process the warranty due to the extensive damage, which is frustrating and unfair to me as the customer. I expect Asus and UPS to address this issue directly, providing a replacement monitor with no added expense on my end. The video evidence at Asus headquarters should support my claim. I request an immediate solution for this problem.
