Paid €65 Shipping but USPS Package Still Waiting in Distribution Center

A package sent from the United States through USPS has been waiting at the Istanbul postal distribution center for 10 days. We paid €65 for the shipping, but there is no customer service line or support contact we can reach for information.

The package is addressed to Ankara, but we don’t know what will happen next. Will it be sent back to the sender, or do we need to pick it up ourselves? There is no clear information, and we cannot get in touch with anyone to clarify the situation.

We would appreciate help in understanding where the package is and how it will be delivered.
