My international package sent through USPS has been showing the status “arrived at Istanbul Atatürk Airport” for almost one month, but there has been no movement or update since then. According to the information available, the package has not been received by PTT (Turkey’s national postal service) either.
USPS does not appear to have any contact phone number or email address in Turkey, so there is no clear way for us to reach someone for help. At this point, we do not even know who we should contact regarding this issue.
