USPS Shipping Complaint: Package Delayed Beyond Expected Delivery Time

I arranged a shipment from the United States through USPS, and I was told that the package would arrive within 6–10 business days. However, 15 days have already passed.

According to the tracking information, the package is currently at customs in Turkey, but I have no information about when it will be delivered to me. I would like the process to move faster and for the package not to remain stuck in customs any longer.

The shipment has already been delayed enough, and based on this experience, I would not choose this shipping service again.
