My package was sent from the United States on January 22 via USPS, and according to the tracking information it has been showing Atatürk Airport customs in Istanbul since January 30. The shipment still appears to be “in transit.”
However, I cannot find any record of the package in the PTT (Turkey’s postal service) tracking system, and I have not been able to get any information about where the package currently is.
This shipment contains important school documents, so it is extremely urgent. There is no clear contact point in Turkey that I can reach for help. I kindly request assistance in locating my package and ensuring it is delivered as soon as possible.
