Terrible Customer Service Experience with U.S. Polo Assn.

Hello, On June 6, 2024, around 5:30 PM, I had a terrible experience in the men's clothing section at the USPA brand display. The employee named T**** was incredibly rude in his manner, greeting, and communication. He responded to us with, "Go to a place where you can try it on." He continued his mocking behavior and tone as we walked away.

Without responding to him or asserting our rights as customers, we left the store. We do not want to see such employees in customer service roles. We request that Boyner address this issue promptly. Boyner should improve its quality and service standards immediately. We will share this experience with everyone we know because we do not want to be treated this way. No one is forced to work in this job, but working does not give the right to treat customers poorly.
