Please Refund My Money

For my Sharechat account, an Autopay of ₹699 was activated without my clear consent, and payments started to be taken from my account. In the Autopay screen it shows a ₹699 limit with two completed payments and an end date of 17 October 2031, even though I did not intend to set up such a long‑term automatic payment. I contacted Sharechat customer support about this situation, but no concrete solution was provided and neither the Autopay was cancelled nor any refund was made. I request that the unwanted Autopay on my Sharechat account be cancelled immediately and that all ₹699 payments already taken under this Autopay be fully refunded to me, and I would like written confirmation after this is done.
