Poor Customer Service at West Park Porland Store Near Closing Time
Last night, on December 22, 2024, I visited the West Park Porland store for some shopping. With 10 minutes left until closing, a staff member walked through the aisles, informing customers that the registers were already closed without any prior warning. This left me and other customers no choice but to abandon the items we intended to purchase and leave the store.
What’s worse, as we passed by the store manager—who was overseeing the checkout closures—they didn’t even acknowledge us or apologize for the inconvenience. As someone who also works as a manager in the retail industry, I find this behavior unacceptable for a brand that prides itself on professionalism.
Customers should never be treated this way. Clear communication and courtesy go a long way in maintaining customer trust and satisfaction. I urge the management to address this issue promptly and ensure that no other customer experiences such disappointing service in the future.
