Reelmira Refund And Cancellation Request

I subscribed to a service called Reelmira on Facebook around 10/12, expecting access to short dramas through an app. After signing up, I realized there is no actual app to download and I have no way to use the service I paid for. Despite this, I have already been charged twice from the United States: first on 10/13 for $9.99 and again on 10/19 for $24.99. I have not been able to find a way to cancel the subscription or access any content, so at the moment I am being charged for a service that I cannot use at all. I request that my Reelmira subscription be cancelled immediately and that both payments, $9.99 and $24.99, be fully refunded to me. I would like written confirmation that the subscription has been terminated and that no further charges will be made to my account.
