On November 30, 2024, at 7:15 PM, I visited H&M's kids section to buy a jacket for my son. The black pilot jacket I was looking for wasn’t available on the racks, but I saw it on a mannequin. I asked a male employee in the men's section for assistance, explaining that the size I needed was on the mannequin. Without even looking at me, he rudely replied, "If you’re going to buy it, I’ll remove it; otherwise, I won’t," and walked away.
I followed him and clarified that my son needed to try it on before purchasing. He curtly responded, "We don’t allow trying clothes from mannequins," and walked off again. Left with no choice, I removed the jacket myself and proceeded to the checkout.
At the register, the staff didn’t ask for my email, even though I’m aware of the 10% discount promotion. They were indifferent and uninterested throughout. This experience left me frustrated and completely dissatisfied. H&M’s poor service and unprofessional behavior were unacceptable. I’ll never shop there again.
