UPS Couriers Didn't Show Up at the Pickup Appointments

I scheduled an appointment with UPS cargo on January 9, 2023, using the call number 5132649, to have 5 parcels picked up, 3 of which were 15 desi and 1 was desi, between 9am and 3pm, on January 10, 2023, at a specific address. However, on January 10th, at 3pm, I called the UPS call center and inquired about the pickup, they informed me that the pickup would be received until 6pm that evening. However, the pickup never took place. As a Trendyol seller, this delay in shipment results in penalties as the shipping deadline for our products will be exceeded. This is not the first time that I have faced such an issue with UPS Turkey. A similar situation occurred the previous week, but the timing was earlier, and I was able to ship it with another cargo company. This time, however, I was not able to do the same as the call center stated that they would receive the cargo until 6pm. Due to this recurring issue, I highly doubt I will ever work with UPS Turkey again.
