I’m Asking for a Replacement After My LEGO Roses Set Arrived Faulty


Last week I bought a LEGO “Roses” set from the Migros at Gebze Center Mall. The box was sealed and showed no signs of tampering. But when I started building it, I noticed that the pieces didn’t fit together properly and the petals, which are supposed to close, did not close. I paid 311 TL with my savings and credit card because LEGO is relaxing hobby for me—but instead, building this set made me feel more stressed and disappointed.
The problem is repeating in this product: not just one part but generally many parts are mismatched. I don’t have the receipt (I didn’t keep it), but I bought it from Migros, Gebze Center Mall. I don’t know if it is under warranty, but I think toys may not always be.
For that reason I request that the product be replaced. I want to get the value I paid and be able to enjoy LEGO again. I kindly ask for your assistance.
