My Philips XU7000 Vacuum Won’t Stop the Brush and Filter Alerts

I’ve been using my Philips 7000 Series XU7000/02 robot vacuum for about two years. For the past 10 days, the device has constantly been giving side-brush and filter warnings. I cleaned and washed the filter according to the instructions and let it dry for 24 hours. The side brushes are also in perfect condition—new and fully intact. I recently re-set up the device due to a modem change, but the issue continues.

I’m also having serious difficulty reaching customer service. There is a separate number for small appliances and another for TVs, but I couldn’t find a dedicated support line for robot vacuums. I purchased the product from MediaMarkt, and I have both the invoice and the warranty document.

I live in Istanbul/Pendik. I request technical service support or detailed guidance to resolve this issue. If that’s not possible, I want a product replacement.
