Kaspersky Charged Me Twice and Didn’t Deliver My Licenses

On September 8, 2025, around noon, I purchased two separate 1-year licenses from the Kaspersky website using my email address m***@yahoo.com. My order numbers are 4adcdtdrrn6 and 4ADD3C3NQ3R. I paid $15 for each transaction, totaling $30. The payments were successfully charged to my credit card, but the license keys were never sent to me via email. The status of both purchases still appears as “pending” on the website.

I contacted support both by email and by calling the customer service number listed as 90216 688 82 42. However, no solution was provided; I only received automated responses, and the licenses have still not been delivered. Additionally, the customer service number found online appears to be incorrect, and I cannot reach a proper representative.

I request either a full refund or immediate delivery of the licenses I purchased. Otherwise, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities.
