Samsung Refuses Warranty on Screen Defect

For the past 20 days, my Samsung Vu55BU8500 television has had a vertical darkened area about 10 cm wide on the screen. I purchased the product from the Samsung dealer in Düzce, and my invoice number is AGR 2023000001575. The installation was completed in January 2025. After the issue began, I contacted the authorized service center, but I was told that the problem would not be covered under warranty. However, I have the invoice, and I expect my product to be evaluated under warranty.

I request that Samsung repair my television free of charge under the warranty. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
