TripAdvisor Keeps Rejecting My Asteria Hotel Review

Even though I submitted two separate reviews on TripAdvisor for Asteria Collection Side Antalya Hotel, neither of my reviews has been published. I submitted both of them yesterday, and each time I received an automated message stating that my reviews were rejected for not complying with the guidelines. However, my reviews contained no insults, no personal information, and no advertising—nothing that violates the platform rules.

I request that my reviews be published and that this issue be resolved.
