I Need Kaspersky to Correct My Wrong Email Subscription

On October 8, 2025, between 18:00 and 19:00, I purchased the Kaspersky Plus subscription through the app, but I accidentally entered the wrong email address. The purchase went through and the fee was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank account—I have the receipt. However, because the email address is incorrect, I cannot use my Plus subscription.

When I try to cancel the subscription, the system sends the password reset link to the incorrect email. Since the email does not belong to me, I cannot change the password or access the subscription in any way.
