On October 9, 2025, I noticed on my Garanti BBVA Bonus Trink card statement that $7 was charged under the name Kaspersky Nexway. I am not subscribed to any Kaspersky product, and I have no membership or transaction with Nexway. My card information has not been shared with anyone, my card has not been lost, and this is the first time such a transaction has occurred.
I do not have any customer or order number. I have not yet contacted the bank or the company, as I discovered this charge today.
I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and that the amount be refunded to my account.
