My Disturbing Encounter with UPS Turkey's Rude Courier

A UPS Turkey courier at the Fatih Branch gave me a very unsettling experience not too long ago. During the course of our interaction, the courier acted in an impolite manner. The response that they gave me when I asked them why they didn't come upstairs to deliver the package but instead asked me to come down astounded me: "Should I ask you for permission if I wanted to come up?" This conversation has left me with a profound sense of unease. After reading some reviews about UPS Turkey, I became aware of the magnitude of the company's subpar service in the country. It is discouraging to experience service on such a low and unsatisfactory level personally.
