UPS Driver Canceled My Delivery Without Attempting to Deliver
I placed an order for clothing from an online store, and the shipment was assigned to UPS Türkiye. The package was out for delivery today, but the courier didn’t even bother coming to my address. Instead, they called me, and since I couldn’t answer, they canceled the delivery. This is incredibly frustrating—if I’m not home, bring the package and leave a notice like other couriers do, don’t just cancel it! This lack of effort is unacceptable. UPS Türkiye needs to improve their service and make proper delivery attempts before canceling orders. I expect them to redeliver my package as soon as possible without further issues.
