UPS Türkiye Failed to Send Courier Despite Multiple Confirmations

I scheduled a courier pickup with UPS Türkiye for Wednesday, but no one showed up. I assumed there was a delay and stayed quiet. On Friday, I called again, and they apologized, assuring me the courier would arrive that day. Despite their promises, no one came.
This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. It feels like UPS Türkiye is just making excuses and not taking customer concerns seriously. Are we being treated like fools? I’ve wasted time waiting for a service that hasn’t been delivered.
I demand immediate action to resolve this issue and an explanation for why my requests have been ignored. UPS Türkiye must improve their communication and fulfill their commitments to customers.
