UPS Courier Spoke Rudely After Segment Bilgisayar Sent My Order to the Wrong Address
I ordered from Segment Bilgisayar, and due to their mistake, the shipping address was entered incorrectly. I can understand that errors happen, and I was willing to work through the delivery issue. But what I won’t accept is how I was treated by the UPS courier.
Instead of offering help or clarity, the courier called me with a sarcastic tone, even going so far as to threaten to return the package if I wasn’t immediately at the (wrong) address. His language was disrespectful and borderline aggressive, as if the item belonged to him personally. That is completely unacceptable.
Segment Bilgisayar and UPS Türkiye, I expect accountability. I’m the paying customer, and I should not be subject to rudeness or threats. If someone doesn’t like doing the job, they shouldn’t be in it. Fix your systems and train your staff to speak to customers with basic respect.
