Umobix Charged My Account Without Consent Even Though I Never Subscribed

Umobix charged ₺1,800 from my account without my knowledge or consent. I have never signed up for a subscription, never created an account, and have not even accessed their website. Yet, somehow, this unauthorized transaction was processed, and my money was taken.

This is a serious breach of trust and financial security. I don’t understand how such a large amount can be withdrawn without approval. If my money is not refunded immediately, I will file official complaints against both Umobix and the bank that allowed this unauthorized charge to go through.

I demand the full return of my ₺1,800 as soon as possible. We should not have to worry about our money being taken without permission. This issue must be resolved now.
