I turned in a course on May 21, 2023, and expected to get my money back quickly. But it's been two long months, and they still haven't processed it. They gave me an "arc number" for the refund, but my bank says it doesn't exist. They said it was a 100% refund, but they aren't keeping their word. I'm upset and sick of going through this. It's time for them to take charge and fix things. I want a decision right away so I can get my refund. It can be frustrating to have to wait forever for a refund.
