TransferGo Missed My Transfer Date and Keeps Telling Me to Just Wait for a Refund

On April 15, 2025, I initiated a money transfer using TransferGo. The platform clearly stated the transfer would be completed by April 16. But today is April 22, and the money still hasn’t arrived. I’ve contacted customer service several times, and all they keep telling me is, “we’ll wait.” There is no proper explanation, no timeline, and certainly no solution. I’ve completely lost faith in this transfer ever going through, so I requested a refund. But even then, they gave me the same vague response: “we’ll wait.” This is completely unacceptable. I expected reliability and transparency when sending money. TransferGo is holding my funds without delivering the service I paid for. I demand my ₺ back immediately. Enough waiting—fix this now.
