Airbnb Refund Still Not Received After Cancellation – No Support



On February 7, 2025, I made a reservation through Airbnb but canceled it immediately. Airbnb assured me that I would receive a full refund, yet as of February 22, 2025, I have not received my money back.
I contacted Airbnb customer support, and they blamed my bank, claiming there was an issue on their end. However, after speaking with my bank, I was informed that no refund request was ever made by Airbnb.
I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and accountability. I need Airbnb to resolve this immediately and process my full refund without further delays. Has anyone else experienced this issue? How can I escalate this further?
