Stripe Shows Payment as Completed, but Funds Not Received in Bank Account
I work with an online language course platform that processes payments through Stripe. A payment marked as "completed" in the system has still not been deposited into my bank account, even after nearly a month. I contacted Stripe support, and they asked me to provide my transaction history.
Despite sending all the required documents, I still haven’t received the payment, and no one has reached out to resolve the issue. When I contacted my bank, they confirmed there is no pending payment in their system, and the funds have not been received. Meanwhile, Stripe keeps shifting responsibility back to the bank, insisting they’ve sent the money.
This back-and-forth is unacceptable, and I’m left without my payment while Stripe fails to take accountability. This experience has made me question Stripe’s reliability as a payment processor. Stripe, please address this issue immediately and ensure my payment is deposited into my account!
