I purchased an Aeropostale sweater, Boyner’s own brand, and after just two wears and one wash, it developed heavy pilling from the collar down to the front, with the lettering area bubbling and fraying, as shown in the photo. I filed a return request (ST-10525255-L1X6), but the company rejected it, claiming the pilling in that area wasn’t a manufacturing defect. This is disappointing, especially since the amount I paid could have bought me two sweaters from well-known brands. Boyner’s refusal to accept the fault in their own product shows poor quality control and customer care. I expect better treatment and demand a fair resolution.
