Aeropostale T-Shirt Shrunk After First Wash—Requesting Resolution

15

I purchased three Aeropostale t-shirts in different colors from Boyner. After the first wash, the blue t-shirt shrank significantly, while the red and white ones remained in perfect condition. Despite this clear inconsistency, Boyner refuses to accept responsibility, claiming it is a "user error."

I contacted customer service and sent the blue t-shirt for inspection three times, but it was returned without even a proper report being issued. Boyner is failing to stand behind their own product, which is highly disappointing.

I expect Boyner to acknowledge this issue, provide a replacement for the defective t-shirt, or issue a refund. Ignoring loyal customers and dismissing genuine complaints is unacceptable. Please resolve this matter promptly.
