Turna.com Payment Taken But Ticket Not Issued

I purchased a flight ticket on turna.com for the Red Wings flight from Batumi to Sochi, scheduled for 20 March at 00:00. The payment was successfully taken from my account, but I never received the ticket and therefore could not use the service I paid for. After noticing that the ticket had not been sent, I contacted turna.com about the issue. Despite informing them that I was charged but no ticket was issued, I did not receive any response or explanation from their side. Since the ticket was never created and I could not benefit from the service, I request a full refund of the amount I was charged. I kindly ask that my refund be processed as soon as possible and that I receive a clear written confirmation regarding this transaction.
