I am writing to formally raise a concern about the refund for my flight ticket, which I purchased on February 11 and canceled on the same day. Trip.com shows that the refund has been processed, but I have not received the amount in my account. I contacted my payment provider to clarify the situation, and they confirmed that no refund has been directed to my account. I have also checked my bank statements multiple times, and there is no record of any incoming transaction from your side. This discrepancy is causing inconvenience, and I request immediate clarification and resolution. Please provide the transaction details or proof of refund along with an estimated timeframe for when the amount will be credited to my account.
