I Can’t Get Refund for Aeroflot Ticket Bought via Turna.com

Before the pandemic, I purchased an Aeroflot flight ticket through Turna.com. Now, I can’t get my refund. The company gave me a coupon, but it expired without any payment being made. Aeroflot says the refund will come through Turna.com, but I can’t reach anyone there. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I’m planning to file a complaint with Consumer Rights if my refund isn’t processed immediately. Turna.com must take responsibility and pay me back without further delay. I expect prompt resolution to this issue and clear communication, or I will escalate the matter legally.
