I never received my ticket confirmation from Turna.com, how do I resolve this issue?

First, check your email carefully (including spam/junk folders) because Turna confirmations sometimes arrive late or get filtered.

In some cases, users report that PNR/ticket details are sent hours later or even closer to the flight date, especially for certain bookings or airlines.

Next, log into your Turna account and check “My Trips / Reservations” to see if the ticket exists there even without email confirmation.

If you find a PNR code, try verifying it directly on the airline’s website—this confirms whether your ticket is actually issued.
