Enuygun.com Charged Me Twice for Round Trip Ticket but Has Not Issued a Refund
On March 6, I purchased a round-trip flight ticket for two people, but due to a system error, I received a message stating that the ticket could not be issued. As a result, I had to buy the tickets again, but I still have not received a refund for the canceled transaction. I have contacted customer service multiple times, yet each time I receive the same vague response without any real solution. When I contacted customer service, they told me that the refund process usually takes a maximum of three days, but they do not know why it has been delayed. It is frustrating to wait this long for a refund, especially when the issue was caused by the airline’s system error. No one is helping me. I request an immediate refund; otherwise, I will have to take alternative action.
