I purchased a ticket through Mytrip.com for a flight from Antalya to Bucharest, paying €220 for a flight that did not actually exist. During the booking process and afterward, everything appeared normal, and the system acted as if the flight were valid and scheduled.
However, when we arrived at the airport, we were informed that no such flight existed. This situation caused serious inconvenience and put us in a very difficult position.
After experiencing this issue, we contacted Mytrip.com customer service and explained the situation in detail. However, after the call, I did not receive any follow-up, explanation, or solution.
Since I was sold a ticket for a non-existent flight, I am requesting that Mytrip.com urgently refund the full €220 that was charged to me.
