I Report Ticket Cancellation and No Refund After Moldova Booking on Tickets.com
I purchased a ticket to Moldova via Tickets.com, completed all steps, and paid the full amount. The payment was processed successfully, and I believed my booking was confirmed. However, shortly afterward, I received a notice stating that the ticket was no longer available and that the transaction had been canceled. Despite this cancellation, my money has not been refunded.
I am currently unable to afford a new ticket, which puts me in a very difficult situation both financially and emotionally. I also tried reaching out to their customer service for clarification, but the provided phone number connects to a different country and no one responds. I feel completely abandoned and misled by this platform.
I demand a full refund immediately and a formal explanation for this unacceptable treatment. Please resolve this issue within 14 days.
