Turna.com Changed My Return Ticket Incorrectly and Ignored My Request for Resolution

On November 1, 2024, I purchased round-trip tickets (PNR Code: 1UA8U0) from Trabzon to Istanbul for November 16-23, 2024, via Turna.com. On November 15, I called Turna.com to reschedule my return ticket with Ajet from Istanbul to Trabzon, originally at 9:05 AM, to a later flight at 1:30 PM. The representative claimed there was a 12:20 PM flight, but I insisted it wasn’t listed on the Ajet website. Still, I paid a ₺900 fee and confirmed the change.

On my return date, November 23, I discovered during check-in that the representative had mistakenly booked Trabzon to Istanbul instead of Istanbul to Trabzon. I immediately called Turna.com, and the same representative admitted the error, promising to fix it. However, no action was taken. Left stranded, I had to purchase a new ticket for ₺3500 to return. It’s now been six days with no follow-up from Turna.com, yet they had the audacity to send me a ₺900 invoice. I demand a full refund of both the ₺900 fee and the ₺3500 ticket cost. Turna.com must take responsibility for this mistake and provide proper customer support.

"Despite informing the officials at turna.com about the problem I experienced on 14.10.2024, they kept me waiting by saying they would call me, and ultimately there has been no progress. In my opinion, this is extremely unprofessional behavior. In this situation, I am deleting the Turna app from my phone and wishing them success in their business endeavors. The star rating I will give is 0."
