Turna.com Canceled My Ticket After Payment and Charged Me More to Rebook

I purchased a round-trip ticket on Turna.com for two people—flying from Istanbul to Podgorica on May 6, 2025, and returning on May 9, 2025. I completed the booking online, and the payment was successfully deducted from my card. However, right after the payment, Turna.com canceled my ticket without explanation. When I called customer service, they informed me that I would need to pay an additional ₺1,479 to rebook the same flight. I had no choice but to accept the higher fare because I urgently needed the ticket. But here’s the worst part: when I checked Turna.com again later, I saw the same flight still listed at a cheaper price than what I paid. This feels like I was taken advantage of. I demand an immediate refund of the ₺1,479 difference that I was unfairly forced to pay. A company that cancels a paid booking and then charges extra to rebook it should not be trusted.
