Turkish Airlines Ticket Refund Issue
On November 3, 2023, I purchased a ticket for ₺2600 (₺1300 for each flight) with the code for a flight from Ankara to Antalya on November 20, 2023, from 08:05 to 09:15, and a return flight from Antalya to Ankara on November 23, 2023, from 18:15 to 19:20.
Later, on November 14, 2023, around 11:50, I called customer service at 08503330849 and requested to change my return flight on November 23, 2023, from 18:15-19:20 to 15:05-16:10. The representative informed me that I couldn't make changes before taking my first flight. I canceled my return flight on November 23, 2023, from Antalya to Ankara (18:15-19:20) through the online application and paid a penalty of ₺390.
Immediately after, I purchased a new ticket for the return flight on November 23, 2023, from Antalya to Ankara (15:05-16:10) for ₺1000. In total, I paid ₺3990, but I was only refunded ₺243. The ₺1300 for my canceled ticket was not refunded. The customer service representatives are not solution-oriented, helpful, or sufficiently knowledgeable. Their explanations are meaningless, inadequate, and they do not make any effort to resolve the situation.
