Wrong Ticket Purchase Issue in Turkish Airlines

On October 30, 2023, at 23:35, I purchased a flight ticket from Istanbul to Gaziantep. However, after purchasing, I realized that I had mistakenly bought a ticket for 22:55 instead of my preferred time of 19:40. I immediately contacted customer service to change the time. Unfortunately, they said they couldn't help. This mistake was made accidentally through the app, and I called the institution right away. They told me to send an email, which I did. In their response, they advised me to cancel my ticket and buy a new one. However, by that time, the price of the new ticket I wanted to buy had increased by 400₺. Additionally, they told me to cancel the ticket I had bought by mistake, but the system did not allow me to cancel it. I sent another email. Days passed without any resolution to my problem. The cost of a mistake should not be this high. I contacted you immediately. You can help. It is not a difficult process and not a malicious situation. Customer satisfaction should not be this unimportant. I was inconvenienced unnecessarily. This is not acceptable. You should have some options for such mistakes.
