I purchased a ticket for November 30, 2024, 13 days before my travel. After buying, I realized I had bought a ticket to Ankara instead of Istanbul. During my research, the page had refreshed, and the Ankara option remained open. I called customer service and immediately explained the situation. They told me that if I bought the correct ticket and filled out a feedback form, they would assist me. I quickly bought the new ticket and sent the form with the details of both the incorrect and correct tickets.
I was shocked by their response.
"(route, date, flight time, name, and contact information) were entered into the system by you and presented for your approval, so unfortunately, we cannot respond positively to your request."
I don't understand when this institution became so greedy for money. Such an issue could have easily been resolved 13 days in advance. Even if you couldn't refund the money, you could have given me a code to use later. Now I am stuck with two tickets.
The last company I thought would do this has done it.
