Turkish Airlines Didn’t Help Correct My Ticket Date and I Had to Buy Another One
I mistakenly bought a ticket for Wednesday, December 25, 2024, when I meant to get one for Wednesday, December 18, 2024. I quickly recognised the error and reached out to Turkish Airlines to amend the date, eager for a swift solution. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive any help or support, despite my attempts. Due to my travel plans on December 18, I was forced to buy a second ticket for the right date, leading to extra costs that could have been avoided. This situation could have been easily fixed with more attentive customer service. I respectfully urge Turkish Airlines to look into this issue and contemplate refunding the additional amount I incurred because of this unnecessary situation.
